These studio types are very spacious and completely newly built with a white oak parquet floor. They have a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the room you have a kitchenette with sink and your own refrigerator. The room is trendily furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and bookshelves.

The common areas such as the hallways, toilets and showers are thoroughly cleaned every week.

A shared relaxation area with sofas, a flatscreen TV and a kicker table is available.

The student residence is a renovated and cozy building, located in a park area of 8,500 m² and within walking distance of the college (700 m).

A building manager is present as a contact person. He will gladly assist you if needed.

There is a superfast Wi-Fi network throughout the entire building and an individual business internet connection in each room with unlimited use and high download capacity.

A TV cable connection is possible in every room.
