Conveniently located 14m² student room at the station within walking distance of all campuses and the vibrant center of Mechelen.
Room is furnished: 2-door wardrobe, bed, large desk, sink with mirror. The room is in the front part of the building on the second floor.
On each floor there is a toilet and separate shower room, shared by 4 students.
On the ground floor there are two large communal kitchens and two spacious living areas. Outside there is a patio and a terrace. The common areas are cleaned weekly. In the basements there is space for garbage bags, bicycle storage, a washing machine, and an exit to the Mechelen station square.
In total there are 18 rooms in the building.

Domicile is not allowed.

Energy, Internet, insurance, and water are included in the price.
