The furnished studio occupies the entire attic floor and has a floor area of ​​50 m2. Built-in cupboards provide more than enough storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave as well as the necessary kitchen utensils. Via a miller's staircase you reach the loft bed with a double slatted base and spacious mattress.

The bathroom with toilet is shared with the owner who is only present part-time.

In the beautiful city garden you will find several nice corners to relax.

Through a side door in the front facade you enter the bicycle shed. If you have a car, you can park it in the street.

The building is well located. The station is nearby. Via the cycle highway you can quickly reach the Thomas More campus by bike. Shops and the city center are within walking distance. And yet you stay in a very quiet place.
