room: Kamer 3e verdieping straat

The room is located on the third floor (northside) facing the street.

The room has furniture, airconditioning and a personal bathroom. 

The price is 490€ + 20€ communal costs for insurance/maintenance/cleaning of the kitchen and hallways.

There is the option to rent the room without furniture, in wich case the price of the room will go down by 10€/month.

The kitchen/living room and the garden are free to use by all students.

There's a servitude path leading to the back of the house wich makes it accesible by bike. There is a bicycle stall in the garden to store away a bike and trough the garden is a separate entrance towards the student rooms.
