room: Kamer 2e verdieping tuin

The room is located on the second floor facing south and overlooking the garden.

The room has furniture, airconditioning and a personal bathroom. 

The price is 490€ + 20€ communal costs for insurance/maintenance/cleaning of the kitchen and hallways.

Water and elektricity are not included in the price, but the rooms have their own counters and you only pay what you use yourself.

The kitchen/living room and the garden are free to use by all students.

There's a servitude path leading to the back of the house wich makes it accesible by bike. There is a bicycle stall in the garden to store away a bike and trough the garden is a separate entrance towards the student rooms.
