This room is the ultimate room voor one person but also perfect to house two personen.

The larger rooms have a surface of approximately 25 m² (average). The largest rooms measure more than 40 m². The mentioned price is indicative. Prices vary depending on floorspace and lay-out of the room. The charges are 50 Euro/mont for one person and 70 euro/month for two persons

The rooms all have a soft vynil flooring. Under the windows we have a spacious desk. Beneath the desk you will find shelves to  study material. A bed and wardrobe are foreseen. The bathrooms are all with a shower, basin and toilet. All lightning is LED. The comsumption of cold/warm water aswell as electricity is measured per room.

The student house h as a large games room and gathering room with a football table, billiard and table tennis.
